The two main shopping districts are the downtown area and the Charlottetown Mall on the outskirts of town. The Charlottetown Mall is easily accessed by car, public bus, bicycle, or on foot. For a picturesque downtown shopping excursion, stroll through the shops on the Historic Charlottetown Waterfront (open all summer), then up Queen St., and down Victoria Row (pedestrians only). The Confederation Court Mall, filled with neat stores, is downtown and covers a whole city block.
